Silence gambles with the golden sun
For shimmer n lust, as he had none
Set upon the tables, from where they rose
From darkness within, to the light, he chose.
They raised the toast with a golden cup
“May the strong one rule”, as they went up
Tossing the world, as if it was blind
Peeling its skin, ravaging its rind
They smiled and cheered and feted the sport
Heartlessly spelt the fun, with their tort
They spun and spun till a time came
When agony prevailed, stopping the game
Out of the shredded sphere, a voice cried out
“Silence rules, for long and bout”
The Sun like a willow, went down in grief
As silence reposed, for a moment brief.
